Uncompromising personalized service and "jump right on it" responsiveness require extraordinary effort from every employee at S&D. But the notion of leading by example starts from the top, and creating an enviable corporate culture emanates from above. So here are four of the key players who contribute daily to making Sadler & Dorchester the place you want your business to be marketed, advertised, and promoted.

Lorie Sadler, Partner. Lorie supervises both Creative and Production Services. That's why you won't find her lollygagging around her desk. On the other hand, you won't find a greater champion for producing outstanding creative work. Also a savvy strategic thinker, she provides a critical check and balance to make certain that your work knocks your socks off and at the same time it dovetails seamlessly with your overall brand strategy.

Key Experience: Lorie has more than twenty years of continuous experience as principal at several leading advertising agencies. While it's clearly serious, difficult work, she also has always believed in introducing lots of laughter into the process. "If you can't have fun doing this," she snickers, "I can definitely recommend a top-notch truck-driving school."

Insight Outside of Work: Where will you find Lorie outside of work? Outside. She loves hiking, biking, sailing, roasting yummy smores on a campfire—and even a number of outdoor activities that don't end in "ing." Which is why, with her hubby and two boisterous boys in tow, Lorie's infectious laugh can be heard echoing in canyons all across Colorado and the Southwest.

Ronda Dorchester, Partner. As the head of Account Services, Ronda brings laser-like focus to making sure all strategic planning hits the mark. She draws from an abundance of tactical components to define measurable objectives and clearly identify the consummate audience.

Key Experience: Ronda earned her wings (and her mouse ears) helping launch The Disney Channel in the early '80s, and she also held various executive positions at both the corporate and system levels for Storer Cable and TCI. So she also understands the importance of generating excitement and getting buy-in for your marketing efforts within your company.

Insight Outside of Work: The multi-tasking talents Ronda wields at work have proven to be of even greater value at home—trying to juggle the helter-skelter schedules of three very active kids. Which means she's perpetually schlepping kids back and forth from swim team, baseball, basketball, volleyball, soccer and even tae kwon do. Her only prayer of keeping it all straight is to plot it carefully into her palm pilot. And with her daughter having just earned her black belt, it's not like you can exactly afford to miss picking someone up, now is it?

Anne Marie Hukriede, Senior Director, Client Services. While her title may read Senior Director of Client Services, if you wanted to aptly describe Anne Marie's role, the moniker Chairman of the Board wouldn't miss by much. Spearheading by far the agency's largest and most complex account, she is the calm in the eye of the storm for a veritable whirlwind of activities. A bevy of bodies report to this intuitive marketer with an eye for kick #%*&@! creative. When it has to be on time, on target and on budget—which it does daily—Anne Marie is on it.

Key Experience: Anne Marie is not new to her leadership role. For over 10 years, she seamlessly executed pivotal marketing positions for Jones Intercable and Comcast on both the corporate and system levels. Well thought-out direction, it seems is only a phone call away.

Insight Outside of Work: Since Anne Marie's job is to make her clients look exceedingly good, it's perhaps fitting that her true love is shopping for shoes. And nothing pedestrian, either. We're talking Jimmy Choo shoes. And when do you suppose was the last time Anne Marie succumbed to a wee spree of shoe-shopping? What time is it?

Marie Revenew, Director, Client Services. Marie is all about the insight, service and success for her clients. She has built a career out of digging deep for her clients to ferret out a strategic marketing path, putting the pieces together and executing a plan without a flaw to help them achieve tremendous return on investment. You may say she lives vicariously through their success and that’s why clients love working with her. With energy, brains and chutzpa, Marie cuts paths to get her clients what they need, when they need it and how they need it.

Key Experience: Marie has been leading marketing initiatives and teams for over 20 years in a wide variety of industries including technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, building materials, transportation, hotel and entertainment to name a few. She loves a marketing challenge and has a well-trained creative gut that finds the winning idea and brings it to life.

Insight Outside of Work: By day Marie works hard for her client’s success, but in her off hours you can find her cheering her daughter on at one of her various sporting activities. Marie finds time for herself at the gym, taking a dance class or doing crafts. When she’s sufficiently exhausted from that, she can be found with her husband in their flower and veggie garden, coaxing even the scrawniest plants to take root and thrive.

Ann Mathews, Director, Production Services. She came. She saw. She kicked some butt. Apparently, Ann Mathews thought our top-notch production department could be even more “top-notchier.” And she was right. Within minutes of her arrival, Ann added a new level of expertise and efficiency to the already stellar team. Now, as head honcho and production brainiac, Ann is tasking her department to solve production challenges that would tax the lovechild of Einstein and Da Vinci. Ann will also have a solution to world hunger by the end of the week.

Key Experience: For 18 years Ann has buried herself in the glitzy and glamorous world of cable, cracking her well-oiled production whip at the various creative types at Jones, Hallmark and Starz. Her uncanny ability to juggle more rush jobs than a circus clown on crack, combined with an insane passion for great creative, helped S&D grow to become the highly-efficient (obsessive-compulsive, anal-retentive) agency we are today.

Insight Outside of Work: Ann's one of those annoying people who gets up off the couch and actually does stuff with her weekends, with a particular obsession for youth football, gardening and spending time with her husband and boys. When she does get time to log some couch hours, Ann is glued to, among other things, Law & Order (any) and CSI (any). So don't go committing any felonies around her. Ann makes a mean green chili, enjoys the occasional glass of wine and is a lover of loud things. If you've ever heard Ann laugh, you'll already know about that one.
